Cameron Holmes & The Blues Dudes (CHBD) is a five-piece original blues outfit led by singer-songwriter-guitarist Cameron Holmes (One Bad Day, Present Day Theory) combined with the talents of founding members drummer Cale Burke (Spook The Banshee) and bassist Sam Hudson (The Fog, Peyote Sun) together with John Hunter Combo (Jimmy Deadman Communion) on harmonicas and Ian Maddick (saxophone).
CHBD’s distinctive “blues with a Melbourne twist” and the power of its songs and stage presence have won growing popularity and return bookings around Melbourne, Bendigo and Warrnambool as well as a magnificent reception at Echuca’s famed Winter Blues Festival. A truly original and unique band.
