Luboku is an up and coming Melbourne producer who just released a Debut EP in collaboration with New Zealand Vocalist, Hosaia. The Debut EP, At Dawn, was recorded and produced at Luboku's home studio in Melbourne over the past 5 months. Hosaia and Luboku crossed paths by chance earlier this year at a completely unrelated studio session and on a whim decided to catch up at a studio and take a shot at writing together. They immediately clicked, and decided there and then to work on what would turn out to be the At Dawn EP. This is the first release of any kind from both Luboku and Hosaia, an important step into launching their careers as both individual artists and collaborators.
After generating unexpected attention through Soundcloud (over 32,000 hits in under two weeks), there is much in store for these newcomers. Followers can’t wait to see where they take their music next. Hosaia and Luboku are currently working on both a follow up EP and their own individual solo projects with an aim to release new material in 2015. With so much new music on the way, it's safe to say that this is only the the beginning for these newcomers.
