I am a songwriter from England. I write both lyrics and music in various genres and tempos for the female and male artists in the styles of Rock, Rock/Pop, Pop, Folk, Country, and Ballads.
I have collaborated with other songwriters over the years composing music to their lyrics and collaborating with musicians who wrote to my lyrics some which I will upload here.
I gained a publishing deal with with songs written solely by myself and now intend to write and compose in this way for the future although I do write with my daughter from time to time.
I began writing poetry early on being influenced by the poets Blake. Byron, Keats, Milton, Shelly, Tennyson,Wordsworth and Yeats and many others.
My musical influences range from various genres of music of Eric Clapton, Donovan , Bob Dylan, Bee gees, Bruce Springsteen, Albert Hammond, Carol King James Taylor, and the Rock Bands Yes, ELO, Procol Harum. I have also been influenced through the lyricists Bernie Taupin, Keith Reid, Tim Rice, Don Black, and the late Gerry Goffin.
I am a registered songwriter with the Performing Rights Society in England.
I have recently completed a collection of lyrics in varied styles that I intend to compose the music for in the coming months I also like to paint , Draw, Design, or do anything that I find creative when I'm not making music.
