This vocalist and writer is the embodiment of a true singing spirit. She started her musical journey at church and since then, advanced into sharing her gift, singing across stages.
Also a writer, Jeannot received her BA in English/Professional writing from Medgar Evers College and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She has established herself as a producer and radio show host of the radio show Jazz on the JNote, a jazz based talk and music show now in its second year, which airs on the 24/7 rotation of wmecradio.com, on the Englishconnectionmedia.com and on WNYE 91.5 FM on Sunday evenings at 7:30PM.
As an independent artist, Jeannot published her first full length album entitled, “Finally JNote” which features seven of her original works.
She has performed with such notable acts as the original Dreamgirl Jennifer Holiday, musical director Ray Chew, pianist and songwriter, Lenny Underwood of Unlimited Touch, and songwriter Fred McFarlane, and on some great stages as The Jacob Javits Convention Center, The Tatarstan Philharmonic in Kazan, Russia, The Waldorf Astoria and most recently at the Jazz on the Lake festival in Minsk, Belarus just to name a few.
