Jacques de Lignières quartet feat. Bobby Few :
JdL quartet invites us to an original travel, around the compositions of the saxophonist Jacques de Lignières and the pianist Bobby Few, mythical figure of the free jazz : a meeting supported by the complicity and the friendship.
Stuffed with raids to Th. Monk, Art Pepper and others, the music of Jacques de Lignières is just like his character : sensitive, warm, open on the world which surrounds him and curious about multiple wealth which he receives.
It is enough for convincing to listen to the compositions of Jacques and Bobby on their last recording "ENGRENAGE" with Hervé Czak in the double bass and Jean-Pascal Molina to the drums
