When you set up an account as an Artist and allow your Recordings you uploaded to be sold via the Platform, we will need to collect and store certain sensitive Personal information such as your banking details in order to transfer the Artist Revenue Shares as set forth in the Terms of Use.

When you purchased Content through the Service, you may have to provide financial account information, such as your credit card number or other payment information, to our third-party service provider, PayPal. All credit card payment services are secure and are handled by PayPal. We do not store any cardholder data. We may receive information about the transaction, such as the date and time it occurred.

The purpose for which we collect Personal Information is to provide you with the best service experience possible on the Platform. Some provision of Personal Information is optional. However, if you do not provide us with certain types of Personal Information, you may be unable to enjoy the full functionality of the Platform.
