Music is truly embedded within the soul and presence of Susan Lily. After 9 years of independent career development she released a single called "Daisy Jane" which took Australian community radio by storm. Overseas stations also gained interest and this song, her first to chart nationally, brought her to the international stage. A co-winning composition "Daisy Jane" is a tale of two friends, one trying to save the other from herself. It charted for a total of 15 weeks on www.countrytrackschart.com.au reaching number 14. Following on was her single "Here On The Road" which rocketed to #12 on Country Tracks Top 40 and remained in the chart for 14 weeks. Since it's overseas release in January it has become Susan's first international Number 1 via the UK's SRPW http://www.spectrumradiopettswood.com/ and is today sitting comfortably at number 5. In October 2015 Susan released a duet with songwriter Darren Scott. "Fly in, Fly Out" was received modestly in the national Australian charts and reached #17 (In Tasmania it reached #2 on TYGA FM TOP 20).
