I am a singer songwriter and movie actress. I have been very blessed to be able to do so much with my music and have many fans enjoy what they hear. I always try to write what will touch others and let them know that in my lyrics they are never alone. I was asked to sing an original song titled, "Stand Up America" for former President George Bush in 2003, won Breakthrough Country Artist of the Year in Hollywood California in 2006 and was signed to a movie contract to write and perform songs for an animated film which I played one of the main characters. Signed that movie contract in 2008 and still working with the company in Santa Monica, California. Opened for the famous rock group from the 70's, "Grand Funk Railroad" and was honored to have the lead singer Mark Farner want to perform one of my original songs with me on one of my albums. I have performed on the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville TN and in 2015 was honored to be a part of the TV hit series, "Nashville". I grew up listening to my Mother sing Patsy Cline and my Father was a genius at making up songs on a whim. I began my musical career singing in churches, Hospitals and Nursing homes. Music has always been a huge comfort to me and writing what I feel opens the door to healing for not only myself but hopefully to the fans who hear it.
